1.2. Oil point, water point watermark:
Reason analysis: It is formed by splashing industrial oil or water on the mold surface during the injection molding process debugging or production process.
Processing method: We can consider using method 9 for processing. If there is still a mold after this method is used, we can consider using method 7 or method 8, and then use method 9 for polishing and finally cleaning.
3. metal powder points:
Analysis of the cause: the front mold and the back mold of the mold are in the injection molding process at some of the insertion position or the sealing position is too tight or the sealing is too tight to rub off the powder that falls on the mold surface.
Treatment method: Spray the mold washing water on the facial tissue and wipe it clean. (Note that this method of wiping cannot be wiped back and forth. It is necessary to wipe a clean facial tissue to avoid mold lines.
4. mold points:
Reason analysis: The mold point is most likely to appear at the front mold inlet position. Due to poor exhaust, the trapped air time is longer. Some plastic materials (such as fireproof materials) are more alkaline and corrosive, and the surface seems to be sticky. Glue, the shape is like strips or dots, at least one or two, and more than several.
Treatment method: After wiping the foreign matter on the surface, there are still sand holes or small spots, which are called mold points. In this case, the mold cannot be wiped off and must be polished.
5. pitting points:
Cause analysis: Pockmarks are defects formed due to excessive polishing or unqualified steel.
Treatment method: This problem cannot be solved by wiping the mold, and it must be handed over to a polishing technician for polishing.
B: Restoration of the white seal
There are three types of white printing: 1. Polished printing, 2 non-positioning white printing, and 3 gas pattern printing
1. Polished seal
Reason analysis: In the last part of polishing, the traces left by insufficient polishing,
Processing method: use method eight or method seven, then use method nine to polish, and finally clean. Note; if the white mark is not obvious, use method nine directly
2. No positioning white print;
The problem refers to the situation that there is a white print on the appearance of the product that is not positioned during the injection molding process debugging or production process, and there is no white print problem on the surface of the inspection mold, and the adjustment machine cannot solve the white print. Ten methods can be used to fix it. (Note that there may be an unreasonable design or a problem with the plastic material, etc., consider replacing the material.)
Reason analysis: the mold design is trapped, poor exhaust, or the debugging process is not in place will produce air lines. Wiping and polishing cannot be improved, and should be repaired.
